Newbies can learn along with playing in the “play money” option. It always help them tracking their performance
and skill levels. Existing players also play on the “play money” in order to keep their skills sharp for when they get their bankrolls up for the real tables.

REMEMBER: Level of Play money can never be compared real money and just because one is good at “play money” does not guarantee that he would perform well in real money.

Well a good explanation on this would be tricks and tips that you posses along with what you have learned with “PLAY money”. It always take some time before you could play with deposits but before that you need to learn pay respect to your money.

I have started checking my poker IQ. I need to work on my poker skills, especially at bluffing and when to raise.
Plus had some friends at my house and we played poker. Mind you, they are pretty good.

Hands down to your friends and good for you if they play useful poker. I believe you are on a right track, just read some good books like The theory of Poker by by Davis Sklansky
“Read'em and Reap” by Joe Navaro
Doyle Brunson super-system or some well refined articles from websites say SPAM . Remember a skillful player will always have an upper hand over an average player as long as he knows how and when to use his skills.
