Why has my promotion for AP been denied? All my information matches?

Yeah, I made a couple of other ones because my promotions were being denied and I didn't know why. Can you delete the other accounts and grant me the promotion on this account please?

Unfortunately it is not possible to process a promotion that has been denied, also our Rules and Terms only allow to register a promotion just once, our upper management department is very strict about our security measures.
