Yes your play and your opponent's was horrible.

With only 860 and blinds at 150 you need to push (esp with a limper in the pot).

The UTG was probably trying to push you off the pot (I'll timed) but probably should have realized that you were pot comitted.

Not the worse beat I've seen. Try set-over-set and losing to a 1-outer

Nope, worst beat I ever saw was in a live tournament in Kansas City when KingLucky had QQ on a board of:

888Q... he got it all in and lost to a naked ace when an 8 fell on the river.

I don't seem to be able to get the link to play the entire hand.

AA was beaten by A8s, well yes that's unlucky; but given the preflop cards just one of those things.

Does it end up aces full against quad 8's? Is it even runner-runner?

And if it is, when does the money go in?

I don´t know. Why?
OK. No one should be under pressure to click on the screenshot. I try to explain the pokerhand, because auf sceptical forum members.
AA was beaten by A8. The third ace completed a flush of spaces. Unfortunately not for me.
Written down Gameaction is not very exiting, isn´t it? This was the reason, why i converted the Handhistory into a amimated flash video...
