I run so bad. This is what my poker life has been like this year, basically, and is why I haven't been playing much.

All are six-handed turbo S&G's which pay to 2 places. I played four total S&G's tonight. These are the last three.

--------------------------

Good Times #1 - Full Tilt - I went out on the next hand to a painful, but not technically "bad" beat.

LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

UTG: 1,520
Hero (BTN): 1,475
SB: 990
BB: 5,015

Pre-Flop: (150) J:heart: J:diamond: dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG calls 100, Hero raises to 300, SB raises to 990 and is All-In, 2 folds, Hero calls 690

Flop: (2,180) 3:spade: 7:diamond: T:heart: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Turn: (2,180) Q:heart: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (2,180) 3:club: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 2,180 Pot
Hero showed J:heart: J:diamond: (two pair, Jacks and Threes) and LOST (-990 NET)
SB showed A:diamond: 3:diamond: (three of a kind, Threes) and WON 2,180 (+1,190 NET)

Good Times #2 - PokerStars

LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: 2,495
Hero (BB): 1,205
UTG: 3,145
BTN: 2,155

Pre-Flop: (225) A:spade: A:club: dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG folds, BTN raises to 450, SB folds, Hero raises to 1,205 and is All-In, BTN calls 755

Flop: (2,485) 9:spade: 2:club: Q:club: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Turn: (2,485) 8:diamond: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (2,485) T:spade: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 2,485 Pot
Hero showed A:spade: A:club: (a pair of Aces) and LOST (-1,205 NET)
BTN showed T:heart: 9:heart: (two pair, Tens and Nines) and WON 2,485 (+1,280 NET)

Good Times #3 - PokerStars - I almost just called PF, but I still wanted to make the raiser pay more to see the flop and I wanted to be sure the BB folded. I pondered raising more, but I didn't actually want him to fold.

LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: 1,370
Hero (SB): 1,370
BB: 2,310
UTG: 3,950

Pre-Flop: (45) A:spade: A:diamond: dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG folds, BTN raises to 120, Hero raises to 250, BB folds, BTN calls 130

Flop: (530) Q:club: 3:club: 4:heart: (2 Players)
Hero bets 550, BTN raises to 1,120 and is All-In, Hero calls 570 and is All-In

Turn: (2,770) Q:diamond: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (2,770) 2:diamond: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 2,770 Pot
BTN showed Q:heart: A:club: (three of a kind, Queens) and WON 2,770 (+1,400 NET)
Hero showed A:spade: A:diamond: (two pair, Aces and Queens) and LOST (-1,370 NET)

just saw this.. first hand just shove, 2nd hand unlucky variance, third hand jsut shove.

I used to play the 6mans because i thought they were better for some reason.. but now.. i'd never go back to them. THe players that play 6 max turbo sngs are crazy unpredictable action junkies. Not to mention the way YOU should play is much easier and more formulaic in the 9mans.

Keep your head up, read up on some SnG strategy and keep pounding away. Things will straighten out.
