 Post subject: 300 chip to 500 chip upgrade

I completed my 250 raked hands on partypoker.com and paypal'ed $40 to paypal@pokersourceonline.com. How do I know if they've received my payment? How do I know that I will be receiving my 500 chips instead of 300 chips? I don't see any posts on any confirmation....

Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I did the same thing. I upgraded and the status of order is "shipped." Unfortunately i did not recieve a tracking number or confirmation email. Can you guys help me out? My name is Vicious.

How did you pay for your chip upgrade?

Where did you click on "contact us" ??? The link is working for me. Jay will send you a tracking number later today.

I paid by paypal. The "contact us" link is no longer giving a 404 message, so i'll go ahead and give Jay an email.
