Mine were updating fine too. Maybe, their Vancouver server is working okay

My scratch points haven't updated in a long time, but I think that's because that promotion is over. Anyone know for sure?

What constitutes a raked hand to them? My points don't appear to update correctly if it is merely when I contribute to the pot and the hand gets raked. I played for nearly 1.5 hours and only gained six points, at $2/$4!

This must be a mistake?

When did you last play? It takes a bit of time to update the points. If you check out the other Gaming Club threads, you'll see a post from them that explains it.

For a 2/4 table, you're supposed to get 3BRPs on a hand that you contribute to the pot and it gets raked. You don't have to see the flop.

scratch points I think expired on July 31st so I know they won't update.. but I'm beginning to worry about the BRP points.. it's been like 24 hours now, and since everyone elses are being updated.... I'm missing like 1000 points or something crazy like that.. yes I've got a ton now!

If everyone elses points are updating besides beasties and mine. Maybe its because we hit 3000 ? I'm at 3309 for the past couple days now. Hopefully thats the case and I win 1st.

That's right, the Scratch Card promotion has finished. You still have until the end of August to scratch any unscratched cards that you have, but you can't earn any more.

A raked hand is one in which you contribute to the pot (blinds and antes included) and a rake is taken by the house.

As obiwong kindly mentioned earlier, give it some time to update. You can also check our post in the Official Table Top thread.

All points should be updating. If by tonight you haven't seen an increase in your BRP total and you know you've definitely played some raked hands, please let us know and we'll look into it.

If we could just ask that you do post if you see that the points have updated as well.

Thanks all!

Kind Regards,
GCP

Mine are updating fine. I track them on a piece of paper along with my normal hand tracking, and it has been very quick to update for me, always within an hour or so.

someone said they had a hand clicker to keep count. So I looked on ebay and got one for $5 incl shipping. That way I don't have to keep writing down little ticks on a piece of paper. I think that was a great idea. Thanks to whoever suggested it.

this is BY FAR the best run I've had.. it'll run out sooner or later I know... I don't play anything bigger than $2/4 so I can't lose it too quickly.. I once played $3/6 but quit soon after winning 2 of my first 3 hands and being $100
