If I am new to PSO (signed up today) but signed up with full tilt a few months ago, and I have already met the requirements to recieve my free gift will it be sent to me after they verify? Or do i have to open a new account and remet the requirements. Also i could not enter pso as the promotion code because My account is already active, is this an issue?

We can see that you just clicked on the "Finished" tab for your FTP promotion, please remember that it takes us up to 10 business days to verify with the poker room. However, our promotions are only for new account holders, if you had already registered a FTP account and didn't use our link or code, then you're most likely not linked to us and therefore not eligible for the free gift.

You need to choose a poker room in which you've never had an account before, it is one of our policies.
