If you have been waiting to get Holdem Manager, there has never been a better time. We are extremely pleased to announce the addition of Holdem Manager as a free gift option on PSO! You will receive a full "Pro" license, which is good for the lifetime of the product. It is available with any of our promotions. Holdem Manager is an excellent poker tracking and analysis that offers an excellent alternative to PokerTracker. To read our full Holdem Manager review click here.

Will this "Pro" license be like the Pokeroffice license that expires once they upgrade? Apparently PO5 users have to now have to pay $99 a year to maintain or stay with the old version. Will HEM be a lifetime license including upgrades?

@ kitch

you can upgrade from pokeroffce2 to pokeroffice5 with your key and it works until the key expires. you don´t need to buy a new licence!

They actually announced in the beta forum on the Pokeroffice site that even users with the full license from PO2 would be switched to yearly after the non-beta PO5 version was released.

As with most software, the license will be good for the lifetime of the product. Whether or not it covers upgrades to completely new versions of the software is up to Hold'em Manager but I would imagine that each full version will be treated as a separate product much like PokerTracker 2 and 3.
