PokerSource is excited to announce a $2,500 freeroll next month on PokerStars. The event will be held on Saturday, September 11th, 2010 at 3pm ET. This freeroll is open to all players who have created their PokerStars account through PokerSource and earn 100 points during the month of August.

How to qualify: Open to all new PokerSource players who set up their PokerStars account through PokerSource between August 1st and August 31st or existing PokerSource / PokerStars players who have earned 100 FPPs during the month of August.


Players will not be able to register until after the qualified player list has been loaded for the event, which will not be until after the qualification period ends!

I signed up for pokerstars through PSO, but not this month. Does this mean that I cannot play in the freeroll? I'm asking because I think some of your other freerools, you didn't have to register for the site that specific month, only that we signed up for the site as a PSO referral in the past.

Each month the freeroll requirements change depending on the poker room. This particular event is open for new PokerSource/PokerStars sign ups during the month of August OR previous sign ups who earn 100 FPPs August 1st -31st.

Since you created your PokerSource/PokerStars account prior to August 1st, you will need to earn the 100 FPPs in order to participate.

Ok, I qualified for this now what should I do?

Tickets will not be issued to qualified players until late next week!
