Points Store Order # PS33300-373750 has Shipped but I still do not have money in my account RedKings. Gift Card was sent on January 5, 2012.

Please check this Points Store Order.

Hello -

The gift card will be delivered via email from Redkings. You will then have to input a Redemption Code. We have asked RedKings to cancel the first code and to resend the email with a new code.

Within the next day, you should receive the email from Redkings with the code. Be sure to check ALL inboxes, including spam. If you find the original email, please just delete it as that code will no longer work.
