Dave Colclough has confirmed his attendance at the Second Chance £100,000 Poker Classic. The Full Tilt Pro will be looking to secure his first major live tournament win of 2008 after a solid showing in the World Series main event in Las Vegas.

Live qualifiers are due to start on Full Tilt near the beginning of September, giving you the opportunity to join El Blondie at Star City, more details to follow.

Satellites are already running on Circus Poker with $50 + $5 qualifiers on Sundays at 13:30 and Mondays at 20:00. If you fail to qualify from one of these tournaments you will receive a free second chance to qualify in a future $50 + $5 online satellite.

What does everyone think of the £100 Pot Limit Omaha game scheduled for Friday 31st October at Star City?

Loads of people keep asking us for Omaha tournaments to be included in the festivals we organise, so we decided to put one in the £100,000 poker classic. I could only see 6 other big Omaha tournaments on the calendar between now and Christmas and half of those have a buy-in of £500 or greater. It will be interesting to see how many runners we get, but I know a number of players have expressed an interest.
