 Post subject: Unable to register for PlayersOnly promotion

I just attempted to sign up for the PlayersOnly 10k points promo and found that I am unable to. The registration page doesn't allow my full email address to be input. As such, I am missing the last character of my email address. Is there anything I can do about this?

PS. I searched the forums regarding this issue and found absolutely nothing related to this issue.

mrmathers,

I show that you did create a PokerSource account Saturday night around 8PM. You signed up for Carbon, not PlayersOnly, and you used the username mrsmathers, not mrmathers. Did you try to create a 2nd account with us?

I don't think our system will allow you to use the same email address twice, so please use your existing account or use a different email.

Sorry for the confusion. I made that post prior to completing the Carbon registration. The problem I'm having is with PlayersOnly, not Poker Source. Their registration page doesn't allow me to use my current email address because its too long.

Not sure it's worth the hassle, but it might be easier just to create a new email address specifically for use w/PlayersOnly that's short enough for them to accept. Regardless, this is a PlayersOnly issue.

I'm sorry we can't be of more help, but good luck in getting this resolved.
