Hello, i have problem with my Ladbrokes track to pokersource. I used PokerSource's link to create my account (I have also cleared cookies before doing it), I have checked my account and I have 1171.36 status points, but ts looks like they didnt coonect me to pokersource (or anyone else) . I contacted with Lads online support again and they told me, that coud track me to affiliate if pokersource will conact them about this question. I send to you mail about this, and got answer:we are "working hard on having your Ladbrokes account verified". But today i got email from you: Unfortunately, your account was not approved by our poker room partner Ladbrokes Poker. This can be for a number of reasons. Just great...

Ladbrokes poker confirmed us that your account is definitely not tracked to us.
We can try contacting Labrokes poker on your behalf and request further information on this, but I strongly suggest you contact Ladbrokes poker as well and make sure you are not tracked to a different affiliate.

I can see your promotion is still pending, the best thing to do is send the promotion for verification to the poker room and take it from there.
Once we know the status of your account we could be able to contact them requesting more detailed information.

I'd like to apologize to all of our members who are having tracking issues with Ladbrokes. The problem is on their end, although they're not ready to admit it yet. In the meantime, to avoid more players having the same problem, Ladbrokes has been removed from PokerSource.

We've been in touch with Ladbrokes and supplied them with a list of all the players with tracking problems and hope to hear back soon. My suggestion would be to stop playing on Ladbrokes until the problem is resolved.

I'll post here again when I have an update. Thank you for your patience.

Hello, Jay. As a man, which got a lot of referrals , who was not properly tracked to You, i tried to find a solution of this problem. And i got an answer :D On your page of free gift promotion (step 2) was written a wrong code!! Shoud be: POKERSRC, not POKERSOURCE. So this little problem was on your side not, not their :) I hope, that tracking to you will no longer be a problem and attaching to affiliate will not depend from link, which is not unreliable tool, as you can see :) And hope you will return Ladbrokes to you promos very soon :thumbs up:

GreenCalx...yes, Ladbrokes informed of the incorrect bonus code, which wasn't incorrect for the first several months btw, which makes me think that the bonus code had nothing to do with this issue.

Until we get this sorted out with Ladbrokes, I have no intention of re-listing them. Pokersource makes no money when we send legitimate players to Ladbrokes and they claim the player found them "organically". All that does is anger our players...and me.

Hopefully we'll get this sorted out before the end of the month. Again, my apologies to everyone involved in this mess. I'll keep you posted.

Hi JAYL, May be its not my bussines, but i will express my point of view on this situation
1-st. on your LADBROKES POKER REVIEW you got bonus code POKERSRC, which is deffinitly working. I don't think Ladbrokes gives you 2 bonus codes, so i don't know how it was working previous months :? Maybe just links was working? and now Ladbrokes changes something technical and its not working in 100 %? i am realy dont know. But you can easily avoid these problems in the future, just rechecking code with ladbrokes. And if this code will be proper, you will got 100% gaurantee that plaers attached to you.
2-nd About players, that found them "organically", maybe just ask this players contact Ladbrokes, and write : I decided to create my account on ladbrokes, when saw promotion on So i want to be attached to this affiliate manualy. They definitly can do this.
Once again, I apologize if my suggestions are stupid and do not make sense. I hope you will solve all the problems in your favor, as soon as possible

GreenCalx...thanks for your input, I appreciate it. This is an open forum and everyone is entitled to express their point of view. I am a staunch supporter of Freedom of Speech, so no need to apologize. We welcome, and encourage, all comments & suggestions here!

Here's our current situation with Ladbrokes: I send them a list containing the person's name, username, email address and date of signup and they Still refuse to track the player to PokerSource, claiming the player came "organically". Yes, they CAN track the player manually, but they refuse to, because then they'd have to pay for the customer and they'd rather not. That's the problem I'm trying to resolve, so far with no luck.

Hopefully we'll get this resolved soon.
