The only hands you lose to are an A high flush or the straight flush. I think it is much more likely that he has a worse flush or a straight, given the board, so yes you should be reraising a small amount on the river.

Raise or shove on the river. He probably doesn't have a better hand than yours and you want to get as much value as you can for your cards.
