Just placed second in a $22 sng on full tilt. At one point my opponent had 820 left before posting his BB of 800. He doubled up twice in the next 2 hands, caught a few more cards and pulled within 1500 chips of me. He then went runner runner flush when I had him dominated and all in to leave me with 1.5 bbs. All in next hand I have T8, he has AJ, I flop 2 pair and he goes runner runner straight.

I make about a $40 profit and am pissed off about it.

I played every day during the break, and finished up in EVERY SINGLE SESSION.

I'm due for a severe beat-down.

I was thinking that too in December but it never came! I think I only had one or two losing days all month. Keep riding the wave its fun to be on the upside of variance!

Last month it was Party followed by Carbon, followed by Cake. I have ran at 10-11 PTBB/100 in November and December. I only play 5k hands per month at FR .50/1.00 NL but its still nice. Ive already played 2k hands this month but not running so hot ~2.5 PTBB/100. I'm felt like I had a mini downswing but recovered by playing for 5.5 hours on new years day.

Cardrunners was a good investment, it made me a lot less nitty! I make a lot more plays that i did not even think about making before.

If I had to rank the 3 sites for fishiness:

1. Carbon (everyone sucked)
2. Party (too many short stackers but still easily beatable at a great rate)
3. Cake (lots of RB nits)

Where are you playing these days and at what limits?

EDIT: Just went through my PT database, carbon and cake arent in it but they were similar in winning percentage.

October - 4 losing days out of 10 (Party) losing month though :(
November - 2 losing days out of 14 (Party)
December - 1 losing day out of 8 (Party)

Your or my opponets best defence has seemed to be my wife and kids recently. I enjoy playing in the small buy in or freeroll tourny's and stick it out for hours trying to win a free buck. Other than the normal day, when the kids want to continuously talk and bother me and I love them to much to ignore them, my wife decides to send me on an errand. She doesn't wait til I am done and does not understand how well I was doing. I was up 60,000 in 1st place with less than 100 people left out of orignal 1000. She nagged and nagged until I finally got agravated and went all in on a long shot and after a few short hands was eliminated from the event winning very little as opposed to what I was capable of......So teh next tiem you see me at the tables you may want to hope that the wife is around and you may have a chance to beat me....lol
