I have been having this problem for some time, i raise from the button and i seam to get called by the BB, or SB....
I raise 3X the BB and still get called, and i have even gone as high as 8X the BB..... And yet when i limp in from the button with AK and let everyone bet till the river, and reraise them they have a weak pair, well i go the nuts!

When i play AQ in the SB i can win with it..... Anyone else have it happen?
Is it coz we are to play about every hand from the Button? and they think the guy/ gal on the button is bluffing ? :?
Edit: fixed the type O

I personally raise a lot from the small blind and on the button even when I have very weak hands. I sometimes go as far as calling a bet with nothing so that I know that my opponent is seeing the weak hands I raise with.

When you do land a big hand on the sb or the button then you are more likely to get action from them and over the long run if you are raising with the better hand you will win money.
