I just posted a picture of my new Nevada Jacks...they are awesome chips, and it took me roughly 2 weeks to complete the PokerRoom promo (took my time!). I was just wondering how long it takes to get the 250 points? No rush, just wondering...

Also, to answer the question of what site to use to upload your pictures to...another good one is www.photobucket.com

I was just wondering. If i did 3 promotions and got 3 gifts do I post 3 pictures separtely or do I just post 1. I guess what i'm really asking is when i post 3 differnt items do i get 250 points for each or is this just a one time deal for points when posting a picture of your gift/?????

It's just a one-time 250 point bonus. You can post a picture of everything at once or separately, but you only get the points once.

I really enjoy pokersourceonline, I really do, but I'm a little skeptical about this `post a picture get 250 PSO points´ as those 250 points are worth nothing, absolutely nothing.

Atleast this is the case for us Europeans. You can get nothing with the 250 points and no item needs, say, 1250 or 1750 points where those 250 points could come in handy.
The only item that I could find where one could take advantage of those points was with Pokershop.dk Gift Certificate which costs 6,700 points. And it's not that efficient for people outside Denmark to use that gift certificate.

I just wanna know that how long does it usually take for the site to credit my account with the PSO points???/

The 250 points are really useless.

I love PSO and all the promotions, but in this one, we give, and don't recieve.

We should get 1000 PSO points for each item
Or we shouldn't have a limit. (or a reasonable limit 20 items or so)

Because even if we get 4 items from the store, that totals up to 1000 pso points and 1000 really doesn't get you much

It just seems to me the more you give someone the less they appreciate the little they are receiving. But I will take inconsideration on raising the points to 750 for doing more than 2 reviews on promotions completed and for posting a picture. The reviews need to include a rating on the difficulty level of the promotion from 1-10(10 being the hardest) and a overall rating on the poker room from 1-10(10 being the excellent). I would also like to see a rating on our customer service level from 1-10(10 being the best).

For all customer that already received 250 and would like to receive the additional 500 point they just need to complete the missing information and please post all the pictures and ratings under the (Rate Your Experience) thread. Thank you

I know I shouldn't, but I'd like to add my two cents to this debate. First, a little history:

When we started PSO 4 years ago we had a hard time convincing people we were for real. We were the first poker affiliate site to give away stuff and people thought this was too good to be true. To get folks to believe we were legit, we asked our members to post photos of their gifts in exchange for 250 PSO Points. After our first hundred photos, and with our credibility no longer in doubt, we considered stopping the program but decided against it. We figured why not continue to reward our members for taking the time to "show off" what they'd gotten from us

OK, end of history lesson. Here we go.

First, I'm not aware of any poker forum that pays you to post a photo. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Most PSOers post photos of their "gifts" because they want to, not because we pay them to. We pay them because we appreciate their time and effort.

If you aren't happy w/the 250 points we give you for posting your first photo, then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't post a photo. We're not begging you to and we're not sticking a gun to your head to do so. It's voluntary.

I'm sorry we're not generous enough for you.

Oh, and to the thousands of PSOers that HAVE posted a photo (and in some cases multiple photos) and do appreciate the free PSO Points you've received for doing so, Thank You. End of speech.

It is not the amount that you give away
The point is that we can't get anything w/ 250

Lets say I have 2000 PSO points, and I get the 250..........
What can I use the extra 250 for ?

You and everyone knows that it is us, the players that make PSO possible.

This isn't charity, more like a very profitable business.
So if the participants give opinions and suggestions, dont' get mad.

It wasn't directed at you and I apologize for referencing your message. It was meant as a general statement.

As for your question, there have been countless cases of members being $1 or $2 short of purchasing something from the store and the 250 PSO Points were just enough to put them over. Do a search and you'll see.

Oh, and in the case of "variable amount" giftcards, you can use the points to get a larger Amazon or Party giftcard.

The French speakers get a total of 750PSO points for one review plus picture.
The Germans get 500PSO points.

I think it would be fair if we could get the same value for our reviews!
Why the discrepancy in the first place?
