I suggest you AVOIDING THIS SITE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE! I had been playing at many sites, but AP has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They closed my account by their own discretion; the support didn’t handle my problems (simply ignored my explanation), but the WORST: THEY STOLE MY MONEY (approx. 400 USD) WITH THE CLOSURE OF MY ACCOUNT. This practice is not acceptable, and I hope that the site will go to bankruptcy in a few month. So if you want good for yourself, DO NOT PLAY AT ABSOLUTE "BULLSHIT" POKER!!!

wow, that's nasty! I can't believe there's no way you can get your money back.. Haven't they gave you any explanation for closing your account? Unless you did something illegal, they simply can't do that!

Have you tried sending them a message asking for help? They would probably send you a message back you know.
